From the moment you accepted to be our agent until now, you and Sara have went above and beyond your roles. Although you handled the loan side of it, I really appreciated your experience reviewing the Real Estate side / contract. As you are aware I had dual representation, which I will never do again, because of the fact that the Real Estate agent we used reversed two charges totaling $2,000.00 (after we signed the contract), which should of been paid by the seller. Thank you for catching that. If I could do it all over again I would make sure your experiences and support was with us on the loan side and on the Real Estate side.

With only 9 days to close escrow you followed the loan every step of the way making sure we were able to close the deal in such a short amount of time. You and Sara made things happen which is "unheard of" from what from what the lender and the Real Estate agent indicated. Because of the short time frames we were dealing with, I offered to be a courier and the President of Sterling (the 2nd loan) was also very impressed with your drive to "make things happen". Not only were you able to close the deal in an "unheard of" amount of time but you were also able to offer me loans which "did not exist" per the Real Estate agent. As we both know my Real Estate agent was difficult (to say the least), however, you remained professional throughout it all.

Gil I know at times, I myself even became impatient because of all the stress from my Real Estate agent but once again you remained totally professional with me and confident that this deal would close. The comfort and reassurance you provided was something I'll never forget and always be thankful for.

The people around me who shared my experience were also very impressed on how you went out of your way to help us. You have quietly impressed more people than you are aware of and it is through your humbleness that people want you to support them in purchasing a home. My girlfriend Maureen is only at the beginning stages of working with you on the Real Estate and loan side and she continues to praise you and your professionalism.
